I made this last night and it is really yummy.
1/2 of a head of Napa Cabbage--shredded (app 4 cups)
2 small Gala Apples cored, quatered and sliced thin
1 small onion, quatered and sliced thin (I used spanish but they are really strong, sweet or even green onions would be good)
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
4 tsbp (1/4 cup) of White Balsalmic Vinegar
8 tsbp (1/2 cup) of Canola Oil
1 tsp of Stevia in the Raw
mix dressing together in a small bowl
mix all ingrediants together
You can add pinenuts or walnuts and/or blue cheese but I am trying to keep the calories low.
